The "Explicit" chats were discussions about medicaly approved gender affirming procedures. The chats were in an Employee Resource Group (ERG) which was offered as a "Safe space" for communities to discuss.
So.
You have transgender NSA employees discussing issues about transition.
Chris Ruffo, (Archetech of the CRT moral Panic) gets copies, cherrypicks the copies, and then calls them explicit. (Yes, I read his filthy page just to see what he had.)
Tulsi then uses this as an excuse to purge the intelligence agencies of Transgender employees and their allies.
It is a targeted discriminatory purge disguised as a moral act.
TRUTH
These employees were invited to talk about these issues in what was presented as a safe space. This safe space was used as a honey trap for Tulsi to purge a minority.
