LONG AND REFLECTIVE POST INCOMING ❤️

I started Craft and Journal in February 2020! I realised how much journaling and being creative helped me through lockdown. I wanted other people to share the same feeling so I started creating journal bundles from all my supplies and I loved it so much 💕.

I take great pride in knowing that I helped people start journaling, it's one of my biggest accomplishments! I think in lock down It's something that really helped a lot people make sense of things and combat a lot of the being stuck in house.

After a couple of years, and normal life resumed after lockdown the sales slowed so I stopped Craft and Journal, and only recently in the autumn of 2025 re-vamped my passion and brought Craft and Journal back. This time in a slightly different way of stocking gorgeous stationery supplies from independent artists and brands from around the world.

I spent my lockdown colouring as well as journaling, my Mum suggested that I should paste my colourings on the wall so I could see them all the time. Me and my Mum spent a good couple of days wallpapering this wall with everything I coloured and we had so much fun doing it. It is still there to this day holding strong 6 years later ❤️

Looking back at these photos has made me reflect on how much I have achieved in different formats of Craft and Journal and more importantly how much journaling helps me in life.

To some, stationery and journaling are just things but to me they hold precious memories, and a way of coping in this crazy world.

Never be ashamed of following your passions because who knows where they can lead. Craft and Journal 2.0 is only just getting started!

9 months of collecting stickers and memories to decorate my binder with - I think it's coming along nicely ❤️ Let's see what it looks like another 9 months!

I'm loving creating these junk journal packs for the Journal Club attendees in September 🙏

They will be full of things I have collected, saved and never thrown away for that 'just in case' moment!

Some of the railway tickets are over 30years old - I got these a while ago and I use them in travel journal spreads, I have hundreds ❤️

Each pack will have a mixture of vintage and modern ephemera, stamps, stickers and everything in between.

I will also be creating some packs for the upcoming stalls too 😍
