These are definitely my favourite hamstring slide variation.

Great for end range hamstring and pelvic orientation control. Be sure to be aware of the spinal integrity when extending the knees. Losing control will present as lower back arching and rib flare. Try them out ✌🏻❤️

Here is a little more detail as to what I can offer for you:

One-to-one personal training sessions - aimed to specifically help achieve your goals. Throughout our sessions, I will support your fitness progress with ever-advancing individualized programs to maintain and further your goals.
Sport-specific strength & conditioning - Sport is played on the field and not in the gym. Improving the qualities expressed on the field, along with enhancing strength qualities, is how sports performance is elevated.
Rehabilitation - Individual rehabilitation programs can be tailored to suit separate environments and available equipment. Not being able to do daily activities because of long-term pain or short-term injury can be stressful and disheartening. However, getting back to full function with the right program can be enjoyable and engaging, which will give the anticipation and excitement to get back to full function and enjoying life.
Nutrition - The key to success within a positive health and fitness journey is establishing a healthy relationship with food. There are no bad foods or foods that should be off-limits in a healthy diet. However, with the correct plan and guidance, you can still enjoy all the food you love and still achieve your fitness goals. Which is what I aim to reach when aiding one’s fitness journey.
