Do you leave your sessions smiling? If not something probably needs to change.
At the end of the day training should be something we enjoy, we look forward to and to be thankful for. If you’re not enjoying what you’re doing, are you really going to stick to it?
There will be people out there who can just turn up day in day out whilst they’re not enjoying it however that’s not everyone so find something you enjoy and work at it.

Turning on the muscles your about to use is a key part to any warm up. Using movements that mimic and entail what your about to do is a great way to get yourself ready for your session.

Getting a sports massage can cause slight discomfort at the time whilst working on trigger points or damaged tissue etc however the benefits long out weigh the short term discomfort.

You should be approaching the bar with intension every time. Your last rep should always be as good as the first.
Even though the warm up sets will be lighter approach it with intent and set up as if it’s your 1RM, this will cement the foundations for correct technique each lift.

How do you motivate yourself on the off days?
Finding a way to keep yourself motivated through the tough training sessions and the days you just don’t feel like it is so important to the bigger picture.
Find the reason you first started and use it to carry you through.
