Had an absolute ball tonight at the Clubbercise Chester with Jess School Disco!! 🕺As per usual I forgot to take more photos! 🙈
It was super hot and sweaty, but we all managed to stay upright, and I especially LOVED watching everyone galloping the wrong way....YEEEEHAAAAH 🤣🤠

My classes are about enjoying the music and moving your body in whatever way you feel, not worrying about getting the moves right or what anyone else is doing!
Clubbercise Chester with Jess is delivered in a darkened room with disco lights and glow sticks so you really can dance like no-one's watching (cos they really aren't!).
Classes are all inclusive with low and high impact options, suitable for ages 16 years plus.
