We talk a lot about keeping physically fit… but what about your social fitness?

Just like muscles, our confidence around other people can get a little rusty when we don’t use it.
Meeting new people. Starting conversations. Having a laugh. Feeling comfortable walking into a room where you might not know everyone. Those things get easier when we have regular opportunities to do them.

And that’s something a weekly Ceroc class gives you almost without you noticing.

You turn up to dance, but along the way, you’re chatting, connecting, meeting different people and becoming part of a community.

No awkward networking. No pressure to be the life and soul of the party.

Just music, movement and a room full of people doing the same thing.

So perhaps Ceroc isn’t just helping to keep us physically active.

Maybe it’s keeping our social fitness in pretty good shape, too. 🧡

🚨 A REMINDER TO OUR CEROC ADDICTION COMMUNITY 🚨

A recent issue has been brought to our attention, and we feel it’s important to make our position absolutely clear.

Ceroc Addiction has zero tolerance for racism, discrimination, abusive or derogatory language or behaviour of any kind.

Our events are for everyone - regardless of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexuality, age, background or ability. Everyone who walks through our doors should feel welcome, safe and respected.

We will not accept behaviour or language that makes another member of our community feel targeted, intimidated, excluded or unwelcome.

Anyone found to be engaging in racist or discriminatory behaviour or language will be prohibited from attending Ceroc Addiction classes and events.

We want Ceroc Addiction to remain what it has always been about:

Please look after one another, treat each other with respect, and help us continue to create a community where everyone belongs.
