💙JENNY 💙
Hi im Jenny I’ve been a key part of our Dream Big family since day one, joining the team eight years ago!
Growing up in a military family helped me develop the resilience, adaptability, and positive outlook I bring to work every day. Outside of work, I’m a proud mam to my two daughters, Casey and Sofia. I love taking long walks in the North East countryside with my husband, Keith, and our dog, Buddy. I’m also well known for my homemade bakes, which are always a welcome treat.
I hold qualifications in Catering, Business, level 3 Early Years education trained in EYFS Makaton,Sids safe sleeping,level 3 food safety and Hygiene, food allergy and intolerance trained.
My goal is to always improve and learn looking forward to starting Senco course and training as a Designated safe guarding lead in the up coming months. I am incredibly passionate about creating a safe,loving, nurturing, and inspiring environment where every child can flourish.

Hi I'm Leona, I've worked in childcare for almost 4 years now i have my level 3 in Childcare and my paediatric first aid.From a young age I knew I wanted to work with children, I am one of 9 and growing up I was always known as the 'mother hen'. My favorite part of working in childcare is seeing all the children's smiley faces light up when they see me it gives me sense of pride knowing I'm making a difference in their life .

Hello, I'm Gabby. I'm married and a mum of two girls. I love travelling, crafting and cooking. I qualified with my level 3 childcare diploma when I was 18 and have always loved working with babies and young children. I absolutely love working at Dream Big.

Hi I'm Sarah. I'm so excited to be a part of Dream Big Nursery! I live locally with my husband and 2 little boys. At home we love going for family days out at the seaside and Beamish, and we love doing sensory play! I am a qualified Teacher with a degree in Early Years. I taught in Reception classes and supported children with special educational needs before I became a Mam. I have completed Makaton, Safeguarding, Safe Sleep, Food Hygiene and Paediatric First Aid training here at Dream Big. I love working with children and families, and am looking forward to getting to know you all more whilst helping your little ones thrive in our lovely nursery! 🙂

🤩WELCOME TO MAIZIE 🤩

Maizie will be joining the team in September as our level 3 apprentice.
Maizie has successfully completed her level 2 early years qualification and has been volunteering with us all summer .
All the children have loved having Maizie with us and we are sure she will be a firm favourite when she is with us more from September.

Excited to welcome Debbie to our staff team from September ...

Hi my name is Debbie and I am very happy to join the children in Dream Big nursery this year.
I have worked in early years education in main stream schools along with year 1, supporting children with additional needs over the last 25 years. I love watching little ones learn through play and grow in confidence every day.
Outside of nursery, I enjoy spending time with my family and 3 grandsons I also enjoy time with my dog and horses 🐴🐾🌳

We are excited to welcome Vicki to our staff team from September ……..

Hi I’m Vicki, I’ve worked with children for the past 12 years in various settings from schools, nurseries and play cafes and hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years.
Outside of nursery, I’m a mum to my 23-year-old, so I’ve experienced the journey of watching a child grow and develop from both a professional and personal perspective.
I’m really looking forward to getting to know all of the children and families and being part of their early years journey. 💕

Last week we said goodbye to our Natalie . Natalie has been a huge part of the Dream Big team this year, helping us set up and start our new nursery.
We wish Natalie well in her new career but will miss her terribly, Natalie will be staying on the supply list and we do hope to see her again in the future .
For now goodbye, thank you from us all and wishing you all the best 🌈🌤️☀️⭐️💫 🍀🤞
