So sorry but tonight class at Chessington sports centre is cancelled 😞
Unfortunately I wasn’t feeling to great in the night and turns out I have tonsillitis 😖

Please pass the message on to anyone who might not look at fb.
Totally gutted as Monday night is my favourite 🤩

Class is for all fitness levels & abilities, moves can be adapted to suit you 🙌🏻🥰

Huge free car park 🅿️
And parking down the side of the hall if no spaces left.

Tonight after class we will be staying behind for a little social catch up if you would like to bring something to sip on please do - I will be providing pizza 🍕🥳 8-9pm xx

Grab your trainers, water and mat/towel and I will see you later 👋

(Kids are welcome but remember it is an adult class with some adult songs 😂, happy for them to join in but must not get in the way of the adults)

Children are more than welcome to come along, but must sit on the side if not joining in, this is an adult class with some adult lyrics 😂 and a space for some to get away from their little darlings 😂🙈 Can’t wait to see you all later ❤️
