180 X 10 🫁
220 X 4

Safe to say that was a big squat session this afternoon. Very happy with strength on these now. Feel I’ve solidified the 220 for 3 now so next goal is 230 for a triple

However more impressed with the 180 for 10. Something I’ve wanted to hit for a while now. I did actually hit it last week but my storage ran out on rep 3 so obviously it didn’t count 🙄 😂

As always appreciate the spotter. This time had big man at the reigns just incase 🙏🏽 thank you buddy

Let’s see how long far these legs will take me squatting and sending 5k runs 🏃 😂

Transformation client .fitness 3 days out from

Final in person check in today with Adam. Flat and depleted ready to load tomorrow.

Adam has lost 9stone in total and ready to show case all his hard work on Saturday up on the big stage. Super proud of this guy and how he has handled himself this prep.

To see his abs looking this good from where he first started is absolutely crazy work.

Final depletion session tomorrow and then we let the carb up do its job and bring him in nicely for show day.

Whatever happens Saturday this man has left no stone unturned and the transformation speaks for itself.

A CLEAN 107.5kg STRICT PRESS

After taking some good advice from some of you guys last week regarding strict press. This lift flew up easy today.

Also tired 110kg for the first time. Give me a few weeks and I think I’ll be shifting that too. 💪🏼

Took the new running shoes for a spin 🏃

Absolutely rapid mate.

All 111kg of me slabbing it around in 30 degrees 🫠😂

Great idea for me to start running this week of all weeks tbf 😂

230KG SQAUT FOR A DOUBLE 🏋🏼‍♂️

Things moving pretty nicely at the moment. After a solid week last week hitting a pretty easy 220 for 4 I thought I’d give 230 a bash today.

Wasn’t to sure on the numbers going in. Happy with a double and to be honest think there was a third there but I started seeing stars ✨ so always better to safe than sorry. It will come on another day.

Had the big man himself spotting me today so know I was in safe hands 🙌 appreciate it brother

Time to keep push the boundaries and see where I can get these numbers for a solid triple

A supplement I use daily to help aid my training session, used as an intra carb workout drink.

.fitness nearly 2 stone down and 3 weeks out from transformation category- his first ever show.

Adam is now just shy of 9 stone total loss on his journey. That’s nearly 58kg absolute madness 😮

When guys lose a lot of weight to start of with they usually tend to hit a plato. A moment where they can’t seem to push past.

Adam joined me at this point and since then the ball has continued to roll in the right direction. This guy has been a dream to coach so far. Ticked every single box each and every day.

Literally proof that If you stick to the plan and minimise stress you can achieve incredible things.

3 weeks now to bring his very best to the stage for the first time 🙏🏽
