A lovely morning The Rock Cheltenham making veggie stir-fry. This class was made possible by The National Lottery Community Fund with thanks to them for supporting my projects.

This morning Harvey & I did some volunteering Springbank Community Group CiC. We've labelled the rice & stacked the shelves. Harvey said it was great 👍

If your child has booked on for this Wednesday's class in the King's Hall, please bring a water bottle. The room is very hot & I struggled in the heat last week. I will have fans but the room is not well ventilated. If the forecast shows it getting any hotter I will notify parents of a change of date by tomorrow :)

What a fabulous start to the school holiday classes. With thanks to Charlton Kings Parish Council Summer Youth Programme & The Kings Hall Community Centre we made fruity buns & vegetable stir-fry. All the children were absolutely brilliant & all of them tucked into their veg packed stir-fry!
