Meet our new serious bit of kit…our Fire Made Portico 100. It means we can be cooking for slightly larger intimate groups, and Eddys favourite feature - it flat packs into the van.

MORE IMPORTANTLY, meet Rachele Bellu! An incredible chef having worked all over the world and we stumbled across her ridiculous skills right here in St Ives. We are thrilled she has joined the Fade Projects team. She is also champion of desserts and will be providing our guests with some epic sweet treats. Go follow her at .

Sometimes simple is best.

Scallops, garlic, butter & lemon juice.

Some parsley would have been nice…Annie?!

We are back - took a little break from the social media world before Christmas and decided to roll it all the way through January.

Been cooking outside constantly due to the old oven dying in the flat but really we have been focusing on getting out and embracing Cornish life in January and yea we still love this place.

Lots of exiting plans this year for Fade Projects, watch this space…

The idea behind Fade Projects was to inspire people to get outside and connect through cooking over fire, so it’s important that we practise what we preach. There will be plenty of outdoor cooking during the festive period but we are putting our phones away.

Thanks for all the support in 2025, especially to , .forni.uk, and . Happy Christmas and see you in the New Year…we dare you to cook your turkey over fire.

Much love Eddy and Annie

It’s Friday and we are thinking its time to make some dough for the weekend.

Fade Projects turns two!

Two years of getting outside, cooking over fire, creating moments, and inspiring people to slow down.

That’s our mission, and it feels like we are only just getting started!

We want to thank you all for supporting us and being part of this venture. We can’t wait to see where this next year takes us.

Enjoy the journey.

If the Fade Projects restaurant set up shop on the shores of St Ives bay, would you be swimming with the chef or curling up fireside?

Fade Projects x Snow Peak - Dinner for two.

Eddy & Annie are based down in Cornwall and create intimate alfresco dining experiences cooked over fire.

The location, kit and setting are all just as important as the food they serve.

Head to our journal to read their story. Link in bio.
