What a mad little end to the summer. We cooked our first Micro Wedding and hosted our first ticketed Fade Feast, and both were more than we could have hoped for.

The support from old friends and the new ones we’ve made down here has been unbelievable.
This photo of everyone gathered around the table as the sun went down was a pretty lovely reminder of why we started Fade Projects.

Now we’re rolling into our favourite time of year: cooler evenings, longer fires and plenty more food shared outside. Thank you for being part of it.

Paella

This is a dish that Eddy has been cooking way before Fade Projects even existed. It’s a dish we have cooked everywhere, from beaches, to remote fields, and even an industrial estate car park. Our paella pan collection has got out of hand, meaning we can cook paella for 2–60 people.

Tonight is our last big event of the season at Cherry Tree Farm | Croyde Camping and we are super excited to be cooking a seafood paella for our first ticketed event - which is SOLD OUT!

Having some friends over and cooking up some fresh seafood is what Fade Projects is all about.

The Moorland Fire bowl from Dean Forge, is a new favourite this summer, and we are particularly obsessed with the Swing Grill.
