Tuesday night weights at Pittville Pump Rooms 💪
Lighter evenings are back and it makes a difference 🙌

Something new… and I’m really excited about this 👇
I’ve been working behind the scenes for a little while on this, and I’m now teaming up with the team at Take Wellness to bring you something a bit different.
A new space, right in the centre of Cheltenham — which means you don’t have to head out to the countryside to get the benefits of a great sauna and cold plunge experience. It’s all there, in a really accessible setting.
Alongside that, we’ve got the setup for some brilliant functional / hybrid-style training — so we’re bringing the two together.
We’ll be starting with a once-a-month Saturday morning session.
💪 30 mins coached functional training
❄️ 30 mins sauna + cold plunge (contrast therapy)
Strong, simple training — followed by proper recovery.
I went down last night to experience it all for myself, and it completely confirmed what I’d hoped… it’s a brilliant space and I think you’re going to love it.
We’ll be starting small and building from there.

A little pram push tweak that can make a big difference 👇
So many of us naturally push the buggy a bit too far out in front (especially when we’re tired!).
But bringing it in closer and gently engaging your core can really help:
✔️ Support your recovery
✔️ Protect your back
✔️ Build strength as you walk
It’s these small things that add up over time 💛

An old photo that popped up on my phone today.
I’d sent it to the friends I was meeting to say:
“Sorry I’m late… we’ve had to stop so I can feed the baby.”
I remember this stage so clearly.
I’d recently had another emergency C-section and everything felt slower.
Walks were stop–start.
Feeds happened wherever we were.
And a short trip into town could take much longer than expected.
Which is exactly why I believe movement after having a baby should be gentle, flexible and baby-friendly.
Because sometimes you just need to stop, sit down, and feed your baby — and that’s all part of the journey. 💛
Who else remembers these “sorry I’m late, baby needed a feed” moments? 🙋♀️
