Earlier this month, Vine Schools Trust was proud to host the inaugural MATNetworks Colchester event, bringing together more than 40 school and trust leaders, education professionals and partners for a day of collaboration, learning and connection.

From inspiring pupil voice sessions and a performance by the Great Clacton Children's Choir to discussions on inclusion, SEND, leadership and school improvement, the day was a powerful reminder of what can be achieved when we work together.

At Vine, we believe that by sharing expertise, supporting one another and keeping children at the heart of every decision, creating the conditions for everyone to flourish.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to such a positive and inspiring event.

Our CEO, Emma Wigmore, and local school leaders were invited to gather at St Peter’s Chapel yesterday for the Summer Service, celebrating life across our Church of England primary schools.

The service was a joyful celebration of the achievements, talents, resilience and kindness seen across our schools and communities this year. It was a wonderful opportunity to give thanks for all that has been accomplished and to recognise the incredible impact of our staff, children and families.

As we look ahead to a new academic year, we continue to be inspired by all that can be achieved when we work together to help every child flourish.

One of the highlights of the Vine calendar is bringing together colleagues from across Vine Schools Trust to celebrate the completion of the Vine Leadership programme at our Leadership Development Conference.

The event provided an opportunity to reflect on a year of professional growth, learning and collaboration, and to hear inspiring stories from leaders who have challenged themselves to lead with greater purpose, confidence and impact.

What stood out most was the tangible difference their leadership projects have made. From improving outcomes and opportunities to enhancing experiences for children and young people, these projects demonstrated the power of investing in leadership development that creates meaningful change where it matters most.

We are incredibly proud of every participant for their commitment, dedication and willingness to step outside their comfort zone throughout the programme.

Thank you to our facilitators, colleagues and the wider Vine team who have supported this journey. Together, we are developing strong, values-led leadership that helps every child and young person flourish.

Here's a snapshot of a fantastic day celebrating the achievements, learning and impact of our Vine Leaders.
