With last week being Sir David Attenboroughs birthday this seemed very apt

Thank you so much to Nature Parents Social for a wonderful evening. We loved having you at our monthly training and learned so much about marketing ourselves.

Today marked a huge milestone for us: our very first Unique Support Early Years Agency conference!

We opened our doors to the entire childminding community because support shouldn’t have boundaries.

​Morning Session: We kicked things off with the incredible Cheryl Warren from aperion_training. Her insights were absolutely invaluable!

​Afternoon Workshop: A powerful session titled "See Me, Not My Behaviour," focusing on understanding the heart behind every child's actions.

​The Perks: Attendees enjoyed exclusive resource discounts, a "Thank You" raffle, and, of course, the legendary goody bags!

​We especially loved the final hour of the day. While we said goodbye to some new friends, we took the time to honor our agency's childminders. We see the magic you create in your settings every day, and having the chance to give out awards and celebrate your hard work was the highlight of our year.
