Brain Boost Tutoring Primary age tutoring based in Chatham, Kent. Online and face to face sessions available. I am a qualified primary teacher, working in a Walderslade school.

I have 6 years of experience tutoring primary age children including 11+ (Medway and Kent) preparation, phonics screening and SATs. Since teaching online during the pandemic, I now offer online tutoring using a range of free and accessible resources to engage learners. I offer bespoke tutoring in all areas of the primary curriculum. I will tailor the sessions to meet the needs of the children I work with. Parents enjoy hearing about their child’s progress and participating in regular catch ups to discuss their next steps. As well as KS2 tutoring targeted at 11+ preparation, I offer KS1 and early KS2 tutoring to raise the attainment and confidence of all learners. In the classroom, I have supported children with a range of learning needs and regularly apply these strategies when supporting learners in their own homes. I offer both one-to-one and small group sessions. I can provide online and face to face tutoring in the Medway area. One to one sessions are £30 an hour face to face and £25 an hour online. Group sessions are dependant on the number of children you would like to be in your group and the ages of the children. Please contact me to discuss further.

We love using games during our sessions. Today, the child enjoyed challenging himself to spell some of the Year 3 and 4 spellings that he had practiced last week.
