6-Week Neurodiversity Coaching Group – Now Enrolling

We’re offering a supportive, creative group coaching course designed for neurodivergent young females who benefit from a structured, visual, and strengths-based approach.

Over six weeks, we’ll explore:

Identity, self-awareness and understanding autism

Self-acceptance and expression through art

Strengths, sensory needs and emotional triggers

Coping strategies and personalised support tools

Friendships, communication, and navigating social energy

Self-advocacy, resilience and confidence building

Each session includes gentle mindfulness and creative activities to help participants better understand themselves, connect with others, and develop tools for daily life.

This programme offers a safe, affirming space to reflect, share and grow.
Ideal for neurodivergent teens and pre-teens (especially those who are visual or creative thinkers).

We specialise in identifying autism, particularly in girls and women, where traits are often masked or misinterpreted. Using the ADOS-2 and ADI-R, we follow NICE guidelines to offer a thorough, clear, and sensitive diagnostic process.

But our service doesn’t end with a report. Every family is different—and we take the time to really get to know yours. Our recommendations are always individualised, practical, and built around your unique needs, both at school and at home.

We offer:

Cognitive and academic profiling using WISC-V and WIAT-III, to understand strengths and challenges

Sensory processing assessments, with clear, accessible strategies

Support plans for ADHD, Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, and Dyscalculia

Guidance and practical strategies for Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD), Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA), and sensory processing differences—areas that may not come with a formal diagnosis, but still need meaningful support

Teacher training on all areas of neurodiversity, designed to be relatable, useful, and instantly applicable

Example IEP targets to help schools better support neurodiverse pupils

We believe in working collaboratively—with families, schools, and individuals—to build a picture of what’s going on, and to offer realistic, hopeful, and empowering strategies.
