📣 Working through the "Master of Communication" Module of our Quantum State Coaching Launch Program this morning with Rachel & Shane Krider.

💡 This was a lightbulb moment for many! "You have to Speak it before you can Become it..."

If we think about what we literally speak into reality - positive & negative, we realise how powerful this is. What word tracks do you have in your thoughts or do you speak out loud regularly & how are you seeing that impacting your results & your life? What are you saying that is holding you back or keeping you stuck or creating a behaviour that's not truly you? What are you NOT saying that is resisting your results or holding you back?

💬 Shane was able to give us a whole bunch of examples or "sentence starters" to work through to really unpack this one - it is so worth doing the work on our word tracks so that we can take more control of our direction & our outcomes and we can work on becoming the best version of ourselves. When we're good at this, we're really really good!

💥 Powerful stuff... (that's the technical term for the brilliant content we're having delivered on this Online Course...) Session 3 done, 5 to go and we are loving it!
