Through a process of self reflection we work with learners from the inside-out enabling the development of life skills which are priceless on both a personal and professional level. We have six key workshops but are able to craft different workshops to comply with your desired learning outcomes. Below is a list of our main sessions:

We had a fantastic day in Llanelli yesterday meeting lots of young goal setters, making sense of potential future paths. We held numerous workshops throughout the day focusing on how to create a positive first impression whilst remaining oneself!

All hail our Swansea heroes! All three teams showcased some outstanding pieces today in our film screening. After much hard work this week, our groups have emerged victorious in their role as film makers. In addition to learning the technical aspects of film making, invaluable group communication skills have also been adopted. These skills, key in both social interaction and employment, will prove incredibly useful in the shaping of a successful future.

Today is our penultimate day working in Swansea!
Our teams are getting their heads around how to successfully shoot an interview today.
The art of natural conversation, the technical aspects of filming and set positioning are just several of the skills being perfected.
Additionally, the teams are finishing the production process of their films, editing the final cuts ready for tomorrow's showcase.
We can't wait to see the pieces born from a weeks worth of exceptional hard work!

We've had a super busy day in Swansea today. Battling the elements and scaling escalators, all three groups have wrapped up filming in order to start editing the final film cuts tomorrow.
