Hapus Recruitment is recruiting for a Supported Living Manager to join a growing provider on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manager—or an ambitious Senior Support Worker or Team Leader who is ready to take the next step in their career.
This isn't a role for someone looking for an easy ride. You'll be spinning multiple plates, managing priorities, supporting staff, maintaining compliance, and ensuring the people you support receive outstanding care across a couple of supported living services.

The Role
Oversee the day-to-day running of multiple supported living services.
Lead, motivate and support frontline teams.
Ensure high-quality, person-centred support is delivered at all times.
Manage rotas, staffing, compliance and safeguarding.
Build positive relationships with service users, families and external professionals.
Drive continuous improvement and maintain high standards across the services.
We're Looking For
Experience within Supported Living or Learning Disabilities services.
Previous management, deputy management, team leader or senior support worker experience.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Someone who can remain calm under pressure and confidently manage competing priorities.
Passion for delivering exceptional care and developing staff.

Hapus Recruitment is currently recruiting experienced Support Workers to provide high-quality care and support to young adults and adults living in supported accommodation.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in people’s lives by promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing in a supported living environment.
🧩 The Role
You will be supporting individuals with varying needs to live as independently as possible within their own homes. Duties may include:
Supporting with daily living skills and routines
Encouraging independence and community involvement
Assisting with appointments and social activities
Providing emotional support and companionship
Administering or supporting with medication (where required)
Maintaining accurate records and care notes
✅ Requirements
Previous experience in a support worker or care role is essential
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
A compassionate, patient, and reliable nature
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
