While sharing my screen during a recent training course, I noticed red lines suddenly appearing all over my PowerPoint slide. Surprised, I completely lost my chain of thought. One of the participants had selected their annotation bar and was drawing on their screen, this subsequently appeared on everyone’s screen, mine included!
To avoid this, make sure you go in to Zoom settings (see below) and select - Only the user who is sharing can annotate.
