Our lineup of 13 speakers from across the globe, captured in the moments just before the lights dim, the room falls silent, and ideas take center stage.
There's something extraordinary about the calm before stepping onto the stage, a quiet moment to collect your thoughts before sharing the journey you've carved for yourself and the possibilities you've helped create for the world.
To our speakers, thank you for your courage, your honesty, and the ideas you entrusted to our stage.
And to everyone who joined us in the room, thank you for showing up with open minds and curious hearts. Your presence transformed a collection of talks into a shared experience, proving once again that great ideas only grow stronger when they're heard.
Here's to conversations that continue long after the applause fades.

As we round off our TEDx Cambridge University 2026: Possibility speaker line-up, we’re proud to welcome Cambridge Judge Business School Professor Thomas Roulet.
What if mental wellbeing wasn’t something we protected only when it was failing, but a skill we could build every day?
A Professor of Organisational Sociology and Leadership at the University of Cambridge and Fellow of King’s College Cambridge, Thomas is internationally recognised for his research on leadership, workplace culture, mental health, and the future of work. He advises organisations and policymakers around the world, and his insights have been featured in the Financial Times, The Economist, Bloomberg, and Harvard Business Review.
In his TEDx talk, Wellbeing Intelligence: Mental Health as a Skill, Thomas challenges the way we think about mental health. Rather than treating it as something we react to in times of crisis, he explores how individuals, teams, and organisations can proactively develop wellbeing as a capability that strengthens leadership, resilience, and performance.
His message offers a new way of thinking about one of the defining challenges of modern work: not simply how we cope, but how we flourish.
Our tickets are now officially sold out. Thank you to everyone joining us for TEDx Cambridge University 2026: Possibility. See you all on 27 June.

What does true inclusion look like in the future we are building?
TEDx Cambridge University 2026: Possibility welcomes Daphne Frias, Forbes 30 Under 30 activist, disability rights advocate, climate justice organizer, and storyteller from New York City.
Living with Cerebral Palsy and using a wheelchair, Daphne brings a deeply personal perspective to conversations surrounding accessibility, equity, public health, and systemic change. Her work challenges the idea that issues like climate change, healthcare inequity, gun violence, voting rights, and disability rights exist separately, instead revealing how deeply interconnected they truly are.
As New York State Director for March For Our Lives, she helped advance more than 15 statewide gun safety laws. She also founded Box the Ballot, mobilizing young people to collect over 20,000 absentee ballots and strengthen youth participation in democracy.
Recognized as a TIME Latino Leader, Daphne’s advocacy and storytelling have been featured in The New York Times, Teen Vogue, NPR, VICE, and ELLE.

What if the greatest unfinished project you will ever work on is yourself?
At TEDx Cambridge University 2026: Possibility, Dianna Fioravanti, President of Kuehne+Nagel Canada, shares a powerful message on courage, self-belief, and the choices that shape our future.
As the first woman to lead Kuehne+Nagel Canada in the company’s history, Dianna oversees 2,500 logistics professionals and has built her leadership around creating cultures rooted in trust, resilience, emotional intelligence, and authentic human connection.
Through a deeply personal story and hard-earned leadership lessons, she explores how growth begins not when circumstances change, but when we choose to change ourselves. Her talk challenges us to stop waiting for permission, embrace uncertainty, and step confidently into possibility.
Because you don’t grow into a new life. You decide into it.
