This is me “writing” an essay about ethics and professional standards. I work creatively, I learn creatively, I live creatively. I understand things more fully through metaphor and can consider perspectives more fully through practical creations. I know I’m not alone in finding learning this way more engaging, fulfilling and productive. If your young person is in the midst of GCSEs or A Levels right now, please tell them that their learning journey won’t always be so constrained. If they choose to continue they can find more freedom to explore ideas in ways that excite them. Ok, so I still need to write 2000 words and reference it correctly but I now have a much clearer idea of what I want to say and how I’m going to say it.

I can now offer supervision online! If this is something that interests you, please do get in touch. It takes a little imagination to get creative online but it is definitely possible… supervision is an essential reflective part of keeping our practice safe and ethical
