Before you rush through the rest of your week, take a moment to check in with yourself.

Ask yourself:

💛 How am I really feeling?

💛 What do I need right now?

💛 What has been draining my energy?

💛 What could I let go of this week?

💛 What would help me feel a little more supported?

We spend so much time checking in with everyone else.

Ever have one of those moments where you think...

I KNOW what I need to do.

I need to go to bed earlier.

I need to stop overthinking.

I need to say no.

I need to stop putting everyone else first.

I need to stop worrying about things I can't control.

And yet...

We keep doing the same things.

It's easy to beat ourselves up and think we just need more willpower or motivation.

But what if that isn't the problem?

What if there is a reason we keep slipping back into familiar patterns?
