Join me Friday 12th June , 10am–12pm .

We’ll slow things down with meditation, mindfulness, and elements of forest bathing - giving you space to breathe, reflect, and reset… all within the school day.

Led by Beckie, a trained Life Coach and Hypnotherapist, these gentle outdoor mini retreats offer a nourishing pause from life’s pressures. Held within the school day, they give you the perfect window for restorative me-time. without the kids even noticing.
At Wandlebury, you’ll be guided through meditation, mindfulness practices, and elements of forest bathing to help quiet your mind and reconnect with your inner calm. You’ll have space to breathe, reflect, and open up to new possibilities in the soothing embrace of nature.

Join me on Friday 8th May, 10–12 noon for a calming 2-hour Woodland Reset in nature at Wandlebury CB22 3AE.

A chance to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy some quiet time just for you.

We’ll ease in with grounding and a heart-cleansing breath, followed by a mindful walk, peaceful time under the trees, and guided journalling. We’ll close with a gentle walk back, helping you carry that sense of calm into your day.
