Azi am avut un zoom minunat de formare, un zoom de educatie, de inspiratie si viziune, in echipa fantastica TB 🦋. Aici visele devin realitate daca noi ne dam sansa sa credem in noi si in visele noastre. Cel mai important, e sa ne dam sansa si timpul necesar sa crestem si sa devenim cea mai buna versiune a noastra!

Lunea este inceputul saptamanii, iar saptamana pentru mine si fetele din comunitatea noastra minunata a inceput cu un zoom minunat organizat de mentora mea draga Lia Camelia un zoom de dezvoltare, plin de surprize, cu noutati, cu sfaturi, cu obiectice marete si cu o viziune clara, ampla si bine cristalizata a unui viitor ce ne face sa fim entuziasmati si ne da fluturi in stomac! Hai si tu alaturi de echipa noastra minunata, ai doar de castigat! Ce zici, esti gata sa spui DA fluturasilor? 🦋

"What makes a good manager?"

A golden question for many of us. I personally like to think at what makes an effective manager, because I believe there are different management styles and you need to tailor to suit the people who are part of your team, your tribe, so this should be something that comes natural to you.

I strongly believe you must have a passion for helping people and truly love working with people! There are some skills that can be learned and developed in time, but the foundation should simply be your desire to help, support, motivate, inspire and do your best to create and add value in the life of people you work with!
