Celebrating Mother’s Day at Galfrid Primary!

🌸 To make the day even more special, we’ve planned a fun activity for children and their mums to enjoy together. It’s a lovely opportunity to spend quality time, create memories, and celebrate the amazing women in our community.

To celebrate World Day of Theatre for Children & Young people, our friends at New International Encounter (NIE) are performing their new show for us, co-created with our Year 5 pupils. Creative projects like this help our students build skills, confidence & improves their Academic achievement.

Our Year 1 superstars delivered a heartwarming assembly on gratitude this morning! 🌟 They role-played different ways to show appreciation and reminded us all how small acts of kindness can make a big difference. 🥰

Our vibrant community celebrates the beauty of diverse beliefs and traditions. 🌟

Our Christmas lunch was filled with joy, laughter, and festive spirit! Students and staff came together to celebrate the season with a delicious meal, holiday music, and a sprinkle of Christmas magic. 🌟 Thank you to everyone who made this day special!

This week, we have been perfecting our performance of ‘A-la-la-la-la-laddin' in preparation for our final show for parents and carers on Thursday evening. We have learnt many lines, rehearsed special choreography, and sung our little hearts out! It’s been very tiring but also very exciting!

On Monday 15th July, we will hold our final whole school assembly and awards ceremony. To make this a formal and celebratory occasion, we would like to invite everyone to Dress to Impress! Children can come dressed in smart shirts and ties, party dresses, or their uniform.
