Just a usual Thursday afternoon pondering…
What if your soul is living more than one life at once? Could you meet another version of yourself?
Here to alchemise shadow into light and turn soul into strategy. Self-led. Sovereign. Unapologetically embodied.
Having Growth as one of my core values, I'm ALWAYS learning- trying out new things and taking courses... these are just a few of the longer courses I've done:
NLP Practitioner (ongoing- graduation October 2023)
Womblight Practitioner (ongoing- graduation October 2023)
Physical Intelligence Coaching (ongoing- graduation July 2023)
Quantum Healer & Akashic Record training (ongoing- graduation July

A world that seems to have been designed to provoke you
Tiny screens show you everyone else’s success, meanwhile you sit alone wondering.
What if we step back from the constant movement
What if we pause to remember
What if success isn’t about movement but about connection
Starting with yourself. Connecting within.
Who truly are you?
Why are you here, on earth now?
If you can’t answer that, what is the point of everything else? Just to play the game and look like you know what you’re doing?
Paying your bills, following the rules, always assuming there’ll be spare time later.
Then you wake up and you realise you’re probably more than half way through your life.
You could die tomorrow and never know truly what it was all about.
Like a child playing make-believe. It was fun, but was that really all you wanted?
What if you remembered who you really are underneath all the labels, masks, roles and experiences?
What if what you saw was like coming home to yourself after years out in a storm?
After weathering the weather, you realise you never really needed all those layers because it’s so warm inside.
The true you left you breadcrumbs but it’s up to you to follow them, to journey inwards
This journey often requires more courage than any expedition you can take on earth.
But the rewards are a life with no stone unturned - of knowing who you truly are and living from that, instead of getting to your last days and realising you were never truly who you could have been.

For years I believed one of my biggest flaws was inconsistency.
I’d see other people showing up every day, creating endlessly, staying visible, and I’d assume I just needed more discipline.
So I kept trying to become someone I wasn’t.
The more I’ve studied psychology, physiology and our birth charts, the more I’ve realised something interesting.
Many of the things we spend years trying to “fix” aren’t always mistakes.
Sometimes they’re patterns.
Sometimes they’re protection.
Sometimes they’re simply the way our energy naturally moves.
That doesn’t mean we stop taking responsibility for ourselves.
It means we stop measuring ourselves against someone else’s blueprint.
When I looked at my own chart, I could finally see why my creativity has always come in waves.
There are seasons where ideas flow effortlessly.
There are seasons where I need to step back, absorb, reflect and allow something new to emerge.
Neither season is wrong.
Both are necessary.
These days, instead of asking, “How do I become more consistent?”
I’m asking,
“What structures help me work with my natural rhythm instead of against it?”
That question has changed far more than any productivity system ever did.
I’d love to know…
What’s something you’ve spent years trying to fix about yourself that you’re starting to see differently?
Four years ago today, I was diagnosed with stage 3 bowel cancer.
And if I were to encapsulate the biggest thing that experience taught me it would be this:
**Life isn’t what I thought it was.**
Before cancer, I saw life as something I was supposed to get right.
Make good choices, work hard, look after myself, do the right things, and hopefully life would respond accordingly.
Cancer shattered that illusion.
It made me realise how little of the biggger picture we can actually see while we’re living inside it.
We’re not simply here to accumulate as many good experiences as possible while avoiding the painful ones.
We’re here to experience being human.
The love. The fear. The beauty. The beginnings. The endings. The moments we’d chose a thousand times over and the ones we’d never chose at all.
I don’t believe cancer was a gift, or that suffering needs to be wrapped in a positive meaning to make it worthwhile.
But I also don’t see the difficult chapters of my life as evidence that something went wrong.
I believe there is a part of us that came here knowing there would be chapters we couldn’t understand from inside them.
Perhaps it’s not about understanding why, but simply to become the conscious observer of our life- to experience it fully, to notice what it’s showing us, and to trust that the next chapter we’re standing in isn’t the whole story.
I see life very differently now. Messier, stranger, more fragile.
And somehow too - more infinitely beautiful. ❤️🩹

We’ve spent decades asking people to climb the wrong ladder.
Work harder.
Build confidence.
Find your purpose.
Become your “best self.”
But what if the real issue isn’t motivation?
What if your nervous system has never truly felt safe enough to become who you already are?
After studying psychology, and spending years combining it with astrology, Human Design and numerology, across hundreds of people, I kept seeing the same pattern.
The people who flourished weren’t necessarily the most confident.
They were the people whose lives created enough safety for their authentic nature to emerge.
That’s why I created the Cosmicology Method.
Instead of asking, “What’s wrong with you?”
It asks:
• Do you feel safe?
• Do you know yourself?
• Are you surrounded by the right people?
• Does your work reflect who you really are?
• Can you actually embody it?
Because purpose isn’t something you force.
It’s something that’s revealed when the conditions are right.
I’m curious…
Which part feels strongest for you right now?

Sometimes I look at old photos and realise I was searching in all the right places for all the wrong thing. (This was from 2020).
Different hair.
Better branding.
The next version of me.
What I was actually searching for was recognition.
Not from other people.
From myself.
I was constantly assuming I should be doing more, doing better, not recognising my true skillset.
That’s why I created Cosmicology.
Not to tell people who they should become, but to help them recognise the blueprint that has been there from the very beginning.
Because when you truly see yourself, everything else begins to make sense.

So much of life is spent looking outside ourselves.
For the next answer.
The next qualification.
The next strategy.
The next person to tell us who we are.
But the deepest shifts rarely begin there.
They begin the moment we become curious enough to look within.
This is why I combine Human Design, Astrology and Numerology.
Not to tell you who you are.
But to help you recognise what has always been there.
Because the work isn’t becoming someone new.
It’s remembering who you’ve been all along.

For years we’ve been taught to ask:
“What job should I do?”
I think that’s the wrong question.
A better question is:
What patterns have been following me my entire life?
The things you’ve always been drawn to.
The problems you can’t stop thinking about.
The way your neurodiverse mind naturally connects ideas that other people miss.
Most people dismiss those things as quirks.
I believe they’re clues.
When you connect the dots between your life experiences, your natural gifts and the way you’re wired, your work starts to make sense in a completely different way.
Not because someone tells you what career to choose.
Because you finally recognise what has been there all along.
That’s what we’ll be exploring inside my summer school- The Work You Were Born To Do.
If you’ve reached a point where your current work no longer feels like the whole story, this is for you.
What question are you asking yourself right now?

If you’re aged 42-48, you’re going through your 7th seven-year cycle. Age 49 is a major rebirth year.
It’s not easy to navigate though- things that used to feel important to you no longer do, you may feel like you’ve outgrown your life but don’t know where to even start to make changes.
You might just feel like you’re in a pit of nothingness- a void.
Understanding the 7 year cycles helps you re-orient yourself and step into this next phase.
Each year you’re working with different themes connected to each chakra. These will naturally surface whether you are aware of this or not- but knowing what to expect really helps.
