Remember, if people trigger you you will have a direct emotional response to it...
What you do with that emotional response will determine every other moment there after.
Feel what you need to feel. Embrace it, then like a puzzle work out how it all fitted together.
The sooner you can respond with control and clarity rather than react, you will be fu**in untouchable.
People blame others for their feelings, it's external and out of your control...
WRONG.
It's internal and you are making that choice to be that reactive.
if you are reading this and it triggers you. Stop, pause and simply understand you have work to do on yourself and inwardly make changes to get aligned.
Work yourself out, work through all the triggers you have daily, why? How can I change that?
Start getting comfortable with being able to remove situations and people from your life watch how your energy shifts.
YOU ARE IN CONTROL. OWN IT.
