Sacred Sounds Sacred Sounds provides sound relaxation through the use of Gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, Native American flutes and the voice.

Sacred Sounds was created to encapsulate the essence of Olaf’s vision to create a medium to exploring how sound affects us and the benefits of using these sounds in a holistic environment, especially the Gongs. They provide tailor made relaxation sessions for community groups around Northampton and surrounding areas. Further afield they provide talks, workshops and experiential days using many dif

ferent ancient instruments that have been created by man and earth. Olaf regularly consults and provides sessions in London at The College of Psychic Studies.
