Join us this August for OrthoPody Training with Annie Trigg & Sue Alma Evans, authors of The PodyCharts, for an immersive two day programme exploring MusculoSkeletal integrity through Muscle Chains and Fascia.

Designed for practitioners supporting clients affected by injury, trauma, postural imbalance, stress, reduced mobility or MusculoSkeletal compromise, this training combines theory with practical techniques you can take straight into clinic.

Over two days you will learn how to:

• Identify the eight MyoFascial Chains and twelve Tension Lines represented on the feet
• Use practical pre and post treatment measurement techniques to assess movement and response
• Apply OrthoPody reflexology protocols to support balance, strength, elasticity and range of movement
• Explore techniques including Effleurage, Petrissage, Bi Manual, Duopody, deep access, light touch and energetic tracing and balancing

When muscles and fascia lose balance, the effects can travel throughout the body. This course helps you understand those connections and work with them in a practical, measurable way.

Inspira Academy is a part of the (CAREA) Centralia Advanced Reflexology Education Authority.

CAREA Centres are unique which means that at Inspira Academy you will learn specialist techniques for a specialised qualification.

These are NOT available on any other Level 5 or University reflexology training courses.

The OTHM Level 5 in Applied Reflexology for Integrated Medicine has regulated units at levels 5 and 6 of education and is registered under the Skills for Health category for Nursing and Subjects and Vocations Allied to Medicine.

We were selected as the Pilot Training Course Provider for Level 5 Reflexology back in 2010

Reiki was developed by Mikao Usui in Japan as an original method of healing during the early part of the 20th century, and is activated by intention.

Reiki promotes the body’s self healing ability at every level.

It is very important to be able to trace your Reiki Lineage - knowing your Reiki lineage is crucial for several reasons. First, it ensures the authenticity and legitimacy of your Reiki training.

By tracing your teacher’s lineage back to Mikao Usui, the founder of Reiki, you can be confident that you are learning from a credible source.

Second, understanding your lineage connects you to a long tradition of Reiki practitioners, providing a sense of history and community. It also allows you to honour and respect the teachings of those who came before you.

Finally, a clear lineage helps maintain the integrity of Reiki practice, ensuring that the original principles and techniques are preserved and passed down accurately to future generations.

We are very proud and privileged to have a very direct ascendancy with only 6 (six) masters between ourselves and Mikao Usui.
