Real confidence is built before the spotlight hits.

At The Fame School, students develop technique, stagecraft and self-belief to perform with purpose, whether they’re taking their first steps or refining their craft. Every rehearsal is a chance to grow. ✨

Are you a performance professional who was born to teach?

The Fame School is growing, and we’re looking for the people who are going to help shape the next generation of musical theatre performers right here in Preston.

We’re on the hunt for talented, passionate professionals across four disciplines:

🎭 Acting Teachers who can bring characters to life and inspire confidence on stage
🎬 Directors with a vision for storytelling and the ability to lead a full production
💃 Dance Teachers who can light up a room and get students moving with joy and technique
🎼 Choreographers ready to create show-stopping numbers that audiences will never forget

This isn’t just a teaching job. It’s a chance to be part of something special. A community built on the belief that the performing arts should be accessible to EVERYONE. A place where your professional experience genuinely matters, your creativity is celebrated, and the work you do will be felt on stage, in rehearsal rooms, and in young people’s lives for years to come.

If you’ve been waiting for the right opportunity, this is it.

Drop us a message, tag a performer-turned-teacher who needs to see this, or share this post and help us find our people.

We can’t wait to meet you.

Twenty-plus years teaching and performing has taught me one thing: talent is lovely, but belief is everything 🎤 The children who fly are the ones who feel safe enough to try. That is the room we built. Come and see it 💛 thefamegroup.co.uk/join
