🐎 All riding abilities are welcomed with provisions in place for lead rein assistance and additional help when grooming and handling horses as needed.

🌟Pony days are a great opportunity to make friends and further develop skills. Opportunities are in place for Harlequin Pony Club Members (HPC) to gain achievement badges and certificates.
Don’t worry if your child is not already a member there is plenty of time to sign up with a 12 month rolling membership with The Pony Club.

🌟 We are very excited to offer a home education group on Monday’s 2.15 to 4.15pm.
This will run as stable care/horse care sessions learning about how we care for our ponies at our Pony Club linked and British Horse Society Centre whilst also having fun and making friends 🐴

🌟 Our learning facilities include indoor barn stabling, classroom facility with refreshments, toilet, greenhouse/garden area and on site nature trails. 🌻🦉

🌟 Sessions will be running in 5 to 7 week blocks covering various topics, with lots of great resources available, aligning with school half terms. Priced at £30 per student per session .
The first session on Monday 7th September will run as a single drop in session (however must be booked in advance) the remaining sessions are paid as a block booking. 🐎

🌟The sessions will run in small groups of 4-6 students. We encourage a parent to also come and join us for the leaning and activity sessions when children are under 8.
Suitable for ages 5 to 16, where age range smaller groups can work during sessions. 📝

📆 A reminder that we are running Pony Club E testing on Saturday 29th August 1-4pm with YELA silver volunteering and advanced badge training opportunities.

🐴 Pony club members achievement badges and Pony Club E test.

In July last year and January this year we hosted a Pony Club badge day open to our HPC members. We are aiming to run another session for anyone that missed this and are a new member that has recently joined us. The session will comprise of training and assessment to complete the following achievement badges;
Yard Safety
Feeding
Effeciency Test;
Pony Club E test

The session will also be open to our members signed up for YELA particularly Silver to gain additional experience and to work towards achieving their advanced Yard Safety and Feeding badges. Places for assessment are limited so we are running on a slightly shorter scheduled session.

We are planning a session on Saturday 29th August 12-3
The cost of the session is £48.00 this includes all badges, felts, certificates and work book. Those that are doing YELA hours will have this as a free training session and can record 2 volunteering hours.

During our Pony Days and Camp 26 we are planning specific focus areas that are inline with pony club achievements and the progressive awards. With topics such as learning to lunge, plaiting and trimming, showjumping, riding over poles, building show jumps (course planning) road rider safety (this is simulated and does NOT include riding on the road), hacking, Bronze progressive awards, and perfect paddock.

Please confirm your child’s place asap. Please note the camp days are also running as separate days to HPC members and non members.

HPC members attending the whole camp which is the 3 consecutive days are working on their Bronze Award which is part of the progressive tests. Bronze is split up into 3 levels 🐴📝
