It is with a heavy heart and great sadness, that I bring you the news that this dear man, Howard Plummer passed this morning.

Howard was a keen ambassador for the free children's Bowen clinics that Tom Bowen started, and he held one of these in his Cardiff clinic every Saturday, alongside his helpers until he was well into his eighties.

He was way ahead of his time in developing the beatiful and powerful CPD work that we all know as "Fascia Bowen" He began teaching this around 2002 - long before fascia became fashionable! Again, he continued to teach into his eighties, with the selfless help and support of his good friend Helen Watson.

I felt blessed and humbled that he chose to gift this body of work to me, on the understanding that I continue to develop and carry it forward, so that Therapists and clients alike can continue to benefit from this subtle yet powerful addition to our "Bowen toolbox" it because of Howard that I first became a Tutor. I owe him so much more than he will ever know.

Howard was an extremely kind, gentle and generous soul and we are blessed that part of him will live on through this exceptional gift, Fascia Bowen.

Thank you for everything Howard, the smiles, the knowledge, the opportunities and the memories. God Bless xx

Fascia Bowen Arlington Hall, Cottingham has just confirmed the venue. I’m keeping a close eye on Government advice regarding the new variant, but fingers crossed we are all set to go. Between 2nd September and Christmas I’ll be travelling from Glasgow to Exeter and many places between, delivering over 30 days of teaching. I’m running “Intro’s to Bowen”, “Modules 1-4” and “Fascia Bowen”. Most are fully booked, but there are still a few spaces. Are you coming?
