š A proud proud rugby moment with a positive outcome about my visual impairment during a recent rugby club age-grade final. š I explained how I canāt see facial expressions or the crowd in front of me, and if you see me squinting or making funny faces, thatās just me trying to focusānot being grumpy! š
I also had the chance to praise a former age-grade player who came down to present the trophies and medals. šāØ My hope is to promote a better understanding of visual impairments and encourage everyone to be more aware. Letās keep the conversation going! š¬š Awareness # #

Happy Easter One and all
The Mystery of the Easter Egg
Hereās an Easter egg for you! While it may look delightful from the outside, its true nature remains a mystery wrapped beneath the golden foil. Much like the diverse experiences of individuals diagnosed as having ADHD, we cannot see through the wrapper to know whatās inside anyone that tells em would only be guessing because you cannot tell why type of chocolate Easter egg it is.
Just as each Easter egg can hold a different surpriseābe it chocolate, candy, or a unique flavorāpeople are complex and multifaceted. We all have our own stories, challenges, and strengths. The wrapper symbolises our outward appearances, while the contents represent the richness of our inner lives, reminding us that everyone is unique and deserving of understanding and compassion, individuals with ADHD need understanding and acceptance. View the person not the behaviour
Letās celebrate our differences this Easter and remember that itās okay not to know everything about someone at first glance. But keep an open mind we all have our own battles
Happy Easter once again! Have a happy safe and peaceful time š£āØ

On World Autism Day, we come together to celebrate neurodiversity and raise awareness about autism, a developmental condition characterised by differences in social interaction, communication, and behavior. Promoting understanding and acceptance is essential, as it encourages inclusive environments where individuals on the autism spectrum can thrive. Together, letās foster empathy and support for those with autism, highlighting their unique strengths and contributions to our communities. ššāØ SupportAutism

Calming Pathways to Potential: Inspiring children and young people on Neurodiversity
This week, we had the privilege of visiting two primary schools in Glasgow to deliver an engaging assembly focused on neurodiversity. Our mission was to foster education, understanding, and acceptance among children, young people and staff alike.
The response was overwhelmingly positive. The children participated enthusiastically, asking insightful questions and sharing their own experiences related to neurodiversity. It was fantastic to witness their openness and willingness to engage in meaningful discussions.
We are thrilled with the outcomes of these sessions, as they not only enlightened the children but also encouraged a culture of empathy and inclusivity within them . Thank you to all the staff and children for making this experience memorable!
Together, we are paving the way for greater Education, understanding and acceptance of neurodiversity in society. I specialise in ADHD coaching and mentoring.
Please reach out to me if your school or business would like me to do a workshop, inspirational assembly or for a chat regarding my 1:1/ group coaching to children and young people who find barriers with Neurodiversity.
