Remember to be realistic and flexible with your schedule.
Get support: It can be challenging to make lifestyle changes on your own.
You don't need to spend hours to get in a good workout.
Look for creative ways to exercise, such as taking a brisk walk during your lunch break.
Remember, taking care of yourself is not selfish but rather a necessary investment in your well-being.

WHY more women need to be strength training
Muscle is our life insurance.
From our 30s onwards, we naturally lose muscle mass (sarcopenia).
Less muscle = lower metabolic rate, reduced bone density, less strength and independence more chance of slips and breaks.
Maintaining and even building muscle will help
- Supports metabolism
- Protects bone density
- Keeps us strong for daily real life situations
And when I say real life, I mean real life.
I want to:
– Popping your suitcase in the overhead locker on the plane
– Carry heavy shopping without thinking twice.
– Get up off the floor easily.
– popping on the kettle and making that brew
That’s why strength training is non-negotiable for me.
Cardio? You still do it. Walk . Run. Skip. Cycle.
