Anyone can play a part in the PTA, big or small!

Our PTA is run by parents with children in the school, with the main focus to raise funds for the school by organising fun events.

Tickets are now on sale for the Ghyll Royd Christmas Cracker Day, the teachers have got some fun activities planned for the children in the morning, have their Christmas Lunch and then in the afternoon the children will be able to visit the Ghyll Royd PTA’s Wonderland and play games, decorate biscuits, have a yummy hot chocolate , bounce on the inflatable and try your luck on the Nutcracker Tombola.

Please email [email protected] to book your tickets and make payment to the PTA bank account by Thursday 5th December.

Tickets are available for Reception - Form 6. Nursery will enjoy their Christmas lunch and enjoy festive activities with the teachers and of course everyone is invited to wear Christmas Jumpers or festive outfits.

Thank you to everyone who joined us at our Wreath Making Workshops this week, and those who supported the event by buying DIY kits and Pre Made Wreaths. We had such a lovely 2 nights starting off the festive season. Thank you to for guiding us to making beautiful creations 🌲

On Tuesday we had a spooktacular afternoon at our Halloween Disco , DJ Katie and the PTA gave out 26 treats to the best costumes, including scariest, cutest, most gruesome, best group, best girl and boy, best accessories and more , thank you so much to everyone for going to such great efforts 💀🎃🧙🏻‍♀️👻

Exciting delivery - new science equipment funded by the PTA , thank you parents for supporting the PTA last year to fund raise for these items , the children are going to have fun in their Science lessons! 🔬🧪🧑‍🔬

Thank you to all the parents who visited our uniform sale today and to all the parents who donated items to the sale, we raised a fantastic £360 for the PTA which will go towards our new playground project
