Both sessions are now SOLD OUT.

If you missed out, don’t worry! There will be Halloween-themed Little Glow sessions during October half term 🎃👻 with some little treats.

Booking for October sessions will be going live on the website next week. I can’t wait to see everyone again 🧡

You asked, I listened..

I know nap times are different for every little one, and the last thing I want is for you to feel like you’re missing out because your baby happens to be asleep when it’s time for Little Glow.

Of course, you’re always more than welcome to come along even if they’re asleep, Little Glow is just as much about you having a change of scenery and meeting other parents/carers as it is about the sensory experience for your little one.

But… I’ve listened to your feedback, and I’m going to add an 11.30am session in Burgess Hill every other week starting from October. I’ve chosen every other week because I still want to make sure I have that precious time with Phoebe too.

So hopefully this gives a few more of you the chance to join us, without me missing out on those special moments with my own little one.

I thought I’d reintroduce myself, especially for all the new faces around here! I’m Zoe, the person behind Little Glow Mid Sussex✨️

Glow is a huge part of my life, and I absolutely love creating these sessions and welcoming you and your little ones each week. Thank you to everyone who has supported me and Little Glow since I took over in April. It’s been an incredible few months, and I’m so excited for what’s still to come! ❤️

Things you might be wondering before coming to Little Glow…

If you’ve never been before, it’s completely normal to have a few questions, especially when you’re bringing your baby somewhere new!

So here are a few of the questions we get asked most often.

Can I come on my own?
Can Dad or Grandma bring baby?
What if my baby cries?

Little Glow is a relaxed, baby led space where you can come as you are. There’s no pressure, no judgement, no expectations, just come along, get comfy and enjoy some special time together 🩷
