Due to school and nursery leavers’ events, parent, baby and toddler group will be cancelled this week. We look forward to seeing everyone when we return in September. Have a lovely summer!

What a birthday celebration! A huge thank you to everybody who joined us to celebrate the school’s 50th birthday and Mrs Fleming’s retirement. And thank you to all of our staff who have helped. An extra special thank you to Emma for pulling it all together. Have a brilliant weekend!

This evening the final presentations are taking place ready for tomorrow. We would really like to take the opportunity to say a huge thank you to Tate Law. Tate has very kindly stepped in to help us create a festival feel to our fete this year. We wanted this year to have an extra special edge to it. We are so grateful to Tate for helping with this.
Don't forget to come down to school tomorrow 5pm-8pm to say hello and have some fun.

The big day is getting closer. We are so excited to have Fun Science Shropshire attending the big bash. Hopefully the children will love visiting the stand.

We are busy getting ready for Friday and are so excited to hear that there will be lots of past staff and pupils planning to visit, I really can't wait to see everyone. It really should be a special event. The gathering will hopefully be a fabulous send off as we sadly say goodbye to Mrs Fleming (Miss Farmer) after 35 years working at John Wilkinson. She has seen a lot of children come in through the school doors and become part of her lasting teaching memories. Mrs Fleming will be greatly missed by us all.
