We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Early Years Apprentice to become part of our friendly team. 💛
🎓 About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to begin a rewarding career in Early Years while working towards a recognised childcare qualification. You will receive ongoing support and mentoring from experienced practitioners, gaining valuable hands-on experience working with children aged 18 months – 5 years.
⭐ Key Responsibilities
* Support children’s learning, development and wellbeing in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Assist in planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences.
* Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
* Help maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment.
* Observe children’s progress and contribute to learning records under supervision.
* Follow safeguarding, health and safety and preschool policies at all times.
* Complete all apprenticeship coursework and attend training as required.

Previous experience is not essential, but a genuine interest in supporting children’s learning and development is. 🌈
