Health, Fitness & Self-Defence Well established club offering Tae Kwon Do classes for men, women and children from the age of 4. Tuesdays 7.45 - 9.00pm - Adults.
Classes held as follows:
Tuesdays 6.30 - 7.30pm - Children. Thursdays 6.30 - 7.30pm - Children
Sunday 11.00 - 12.00noon - Mixed Class. Founded by Lorenzo Caballero in May 1982.

Today we say good bye and good luck to Margarita as she is moving away and won’t be able to come training anymore! 😔 Margarita graded today and passed with flying colours!!! Well done to all members, good performance from each and everyone!!! All members join me in wishing the best of luck for the future to Margarita and his family. We hope to see you again one day! 🙏🏼
