I'm seeing Comms from and hearing things about the MPS that leave me cold.

There's little point in me going into detail here, IYKYK. I wouldn't want to fan the flames and play into any of the stereotypes that the job itself is perpetuating. These are dark days for people delivering the service.

Suffice to say that there are HO forces out there that care for their staff.

I've worked with some terrific people from or going to TVP, GMP, Gloucs, WYP, BTP, and Kent. None of the people who've moved from the MPS have regretted it. They all seem to have blossomed.

If you or anyone you know is in the MPS and are looking to transfer out, hit me up.

I'm taking in MPS skipper clients at the minute and have capacity for four more, if you know any good people, let them know. I'm all out!!

I'm taking MPS skipper clients on ATM, and finishing the guvnor process.

Whilst I'm spruiking I also worked recently with a CI candidate in SYP who came top in their very testing process..
So that was nice. X

19 of my 21 skipper's candidates passed their process.
One aced it. One got 49/50 another 47.
An average score overall of 37 when the pass mark was 26.

I'm taking enquiries for the anticipated MPS skipper's process.
I've got 12 people on board, probs leaves another 12 places max.
Thinking if we get an early start we've got time to shore up any weak areas in the
interview.
