Facilitation in a group or 1-2-1 deepens the trust and safety allowing the body to let go further. My guidance and direction keeps the focus of attention in the tremor and the sensation deepening the sense of presence and connection with the experience. The energy of the group is supportive and nurturing.

I was privileged to share TRE at a beautiful retreat led by the amazing Lisa Cairns. A retreat held by Lisa with so much love and wisdom and laughter.
