He always seeks to understand each child or adult's strengths, differences, and individual needs. Paul has worked as a teacher for 18 years and as a social worker for 7 years. He has worked alongside many hundreds of autistic children, young people, and adults. Paul has a wealth of skills and experience in working with individuals, schools, and local authorities. He has transitioned into the independent sector to ensure that the work he delivers is relevant, targeted, and bespoke to the needs of individuals, staff, and families. His previous experience includes working as an Autism Advisory Teacher for a Local Authority across Primary, Secondary, and Post-16 settings, both in Special and Mainstream schools, up to senior management levels. Paul offers in person and online appointments to support adults, young people and children living with autism. Support for families. One to one work with young people to help them to understand their unique autism profile with its strengths and challenges. Training for schools, colleges, churches and other organisations on working with autistic children, young people and adults.
