💛 What a summer it has been! 💛

I honestly don’t know where to start — I am absolutely blown away by the beautiful video created by The Juice Project showcasing our summer cooking sessions at Cookstars Bristol North. 🎥👩‍🍳

These sessions were made possible thanks to funding from Juice Community Project and seeing the video really brought home just how much they meant to our community. I feel incredibly humbled to be able to showcase something I absolutely LOVE doing — bringing people together through cooking, learning, having fun and creating memories. ❤️

I think this video really sums up what we offer at Cookstars Bristol North and why I’m so passionate about what I do.

We had SO much fun across our 10 summer sessions, and I couldn’t be more excited about what’s coming next! 🎉

I’m delighted that our partnership with The Juice Project is continuing, with lots more opportunities to cook, connect and have fun together:

👩‍🍳 Parent & Child Mini Sessions every week for little ones aged 2–5 years

🍽️ Fedline adult cooking sessions every month

🎃 Two special sessions over October half term

I genuinely can’t express how much fun we had over the summer, and I’m so excited to welcome even more of you into our Cookstars community and get cooking together! 🥰

We get asked a lot about where we would actually hold your child's party.
We could host your party at a VENUE in Somerset North Westof your choice (I am happy to help suggest places that I use for classes which I know would be ideal)... OR, we can come to your HOME!
We will need a large enough table to host your guests, but otherwise we will bring the party to you so you won't need to provide anything else.
We even have portable ovens we can bring along if you're concerned your oven space at home isn't sufficient.
Just get in touch if you've got any questions and I'll be very happy to help.

One of our favourite parts of our classes is seeing the children's proud faces when they see what all their hard work has created!
"Our 6 year-old daughter loves coming to the classes. After each class she is filled with pride as she tells us all about how she made the dish she's brought home and we can all taste it together. Cooking in such a relaxed environment with other children means she is developing her social skills as well as learning about different foods that she might not have tried at home."

Every Cook Stars class is about so much more than the finished recipe. As children cook, they're developing confidence, independence and a whole range of valuable life skills.

From weighing and measuring to using kitchen equipment safely, trying new ingredients, solving problems and following instructions, every session helps build maths, science, reading and communication skills too. It's amazing to see how much they achieve each week, and they should be incredibly proud of themselves - we certainly are! 🌟

Halloween is coming !!!!

So to launch my most favourite season we have 2 Halloween workshops that sold out last year.

We will have the use of 2 amazing ovens at one of my favourite venues Emersons Green Village Hall

On Friday 30th October its time to get spooky and make some very delicious stuffed crust spooky pizzas and vampire cookies ! - Last year not many cookies made it home the children wanted to eat them as soon as they were ready.
