A milestone worth celebrating 🎓
We’ve just graduated our first 100% female cohort from the Pathway to Tech programme and it marks a powerful step forward in building a more inclusive tech industry.
This group is made up entirely of career changers, bringing experience from across industries including aviation, education, and language services.
From an ex-flight attendant to a translator and a teacher, they’ve each taken the leap to reinvent their careers and step into tech.
