Mental health continues to be a growing focus across primary care, with increasing recognition that wellbeing is shaped by more than clinical treatment alone.

In this free Lunchtime Health News Session, we’ll explore the relationship between mental health and the natural environment, and discuss how green and blue spaces may support wellbeing alongside wider community and social prescribing approaches.

Hosted by Health Academy Clinical Trainer Alys Bunce, this informal discussion and live Q&A brings together perspectives from both mental health and environmental practice.
