As we move into the final weekend of the summer holidays, it's a good opportunity to reflect on what's happened and what's to come.
It's ok to feel differently to someone about schools starting back. You might feel sad, worried or unsure. You might feel excited and looking forward to it. It might feel like a welcome break or like it's breaking your routine you've developed. All feelings are valid and it's ok for them to be different or to change.
Taking note of a difference in routine and creating a schedule can sometimes help to ease the anxiety of change.
Take time to reflect on the positive things that have happened over the summer and time to think about the positive things to come.

So with two and a half weeks left of the summer holidays, it's a good time to stop and reflect on what we have done for ourselves this summer.
The holidays can be tough going for parents and carers, so it is important that you do little things for yourself too!
Have a look at our self care summer bingo and see how many points you've gained.
If you're feeling like you haven't managed any, start with something small like taking the time to make and enjoy a drink of your choice.
