In the Limelight

My piano student Cara has been working on a Sonatina by Clementi and took the time to find out three interesting facts about him. Lovely to see her curiosity growing alongside her playing!

A beautiful performance of Aria in B-flat by William Sterndale Bennett performed by Julius Lam

This piece is all about making the melody “sing” while keeping the accompaniment light and controlled. We’ve been working on smooth phrasing and expressive playing, and it’s really paid off.

Huge congratulations to Rogelia on passing her Grade 1 Musical Theatre performance singing exam at just 5 years old. An incredible achievement at such a young age!
