Meet the newest member of the Next Level Training team! β¨
We're delighted to welcome Jess Matthews, our new Learner Engagement & Enrolment Officer.
Jess joins us with a background in teaching and will be the friendly face supporting learners as they explore their next steps. Whether you're interested in one of our full-time programmes, apprenticeships, or want to find out more about starting a career in business, customer service or marketing, Jess is here to help.
When she's not at work, you'll usually find her making the most of the outdoors either walking the dog, dreaming of her next surfing adventure, or enjoying a sunny day by the sea.
We're really pleased to have you on board, Jess!

Calling all parents β this could be helpful!
If you're in receipt of benefits and your son or daughter is thinking about an apprenticeship, there's some positive news.
The Government has announced a new bursary to help eligible families who may have previously lost benefits when their child started an apprenticeship. This could mean families receive up to Β£4,500 a year in additional support.
Apprenticeships are a fantastic way for young people to earn while they learn, gain recognised qualifications and kick-start their careers.

Please note: This announcement is very new, and we haven't yet received any further guidance or details on eligibility or how it will work in practice. We'll keep you updated as soon as more information is released.

Huge thank you to Penny from Our Wiltshire for her fantastic feedback about our 16-19 full-time programme in Chippenham.
We're proud to work alongside Wiltshire Council to support young people who are not currently in education, employment or training (NEET), helping them build confidence, develop essential customer service skills, and continue progressing in English and maths in a supportive, work-based environment.
With our next programme starting this September, we're looking forward to welcoming prospective learners to our Open Day on Friday 24th July. It's a great opportunity to tour our facilities, meet the tutors and find out how the programme can help.
If you know a young person who's unsure about their next step, we'd love to hear from you. Please get in touch to find out more.
