Next Level Apprenticeship Training

22/09/2026

A big well done to our Customer Service group!

They’ve worked incredibly hard to complete their level 2 customer service qualification as well as English & maths!

Their tutor Kirstie marked the occasion with a little celebration day 🍩🎉 and a catch up on their next steps, career moves or apprenticeships they have planned!

You should all be really proud of what you’ve achieved

Calling all parents – this could be helpful!

If you're in receipt of benefits and your son or daughter is thinking about an apprenticeship, there's some positive news.

The Government has announced a new bursary to help eligible families who may have previously lost benefits when their child started an apprenticeship. This could mean families receive up to £4,500 a year in additional support.

Apprenticeships are a fantastic way for young people to earn while they learn, gain recognised qualifications and kick-start their careers.

Please note: This announcement is very new, and we haven't yet received any further guidance or details on eligibility or how it will work in practice. We'll keep you updated as soon as more information is released.
