We're pleased to welcome George and Kirstie to the team!

George joins our Chippenham centre with a PhD in Mathematics and extensive teaching experience, supporting our learners with Maths and English.

Kirstie joins our Bristol centre and is studying Psychology in Education. She is passionate about inclusive education and supporting learners with a wide range of abilities and learning needs to achieve their goals.

We believe the best way to improve the learner experience is to listen to our learners!

Our latest "You Said, We Listened" report showcases the feedback we've received from learners and the actions we've taken since.

This January till June edition includes wellbeing and safeguarding updates, tutor support changes and the learners' experiences within their workplace or at our academy.

By listening to our apprentices we can adapt our delivery & messaging so that it speaks to them & answers their needs.

Interested in having your say? Our Learner Ambassadors meet every three months to discuss topics raised through learner reviews and help influence future developments across the academy.

Meet Honey, our Lettings Negotiator. Honey joined the team in July 2025 as a Business Administration Apprentice and has made excellent progress since starting with us.

In her day-to-day role within the lettings team, she carries out viewings and property inspections, and supports the progression of tenancies from offer stage through to move-in. More recently, she has expanded her responsibilities to include conducting inventories and is currently developing her knowledge of the check-out process and deposit return procedures.

Honey takes a proactive approach to her learning and contributes confidently to the team. Alongside her role with us, she also works as a carer. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling and spending time with her friends and family.

We’re delighted to share a 100% pass rate across our most recent cohort of apprenticeship achievers 👏 this is a real credit to your hard work and commitment shown throughout your programmes.

*Particular congratulations to Grace and Eleanor, who both achieved distinctions in their Business Administration Level 3 End‑Point Assessments. An excellent achievement and thoroughly deserved.

This cohort includes a range of apprenticeship programmes such as Business Administration, Customer Service and Marketing!

We’re also very proud of the outcomes within our 16–19 full-time provision, with:

🏆 18 recent achievers on the Level 2 Customer Service programme
🏅 3 achievers completing the Digital Marketing Business Principles certificate

Well done to everyone involved, the learners, their employers, our tutors & all their wider support!

What are you doing this week that supports your mental health?

It doesn’t have to be big... a walk, switching off your phone, talking to someone, getting enough rest, or just giving yourself permission to slow down all count.

At Next Level Training, we’re using Mental Health Awareness Week (11th-18th May) to remind ourselves that wellbeing matters every day, not just when things feel difficult.

Our 16–19 full-time programmes in Business Admin & Customer Service are getting recognised! Our 16-19 provision are finalists at the Bristol Young Heroes Awards and it means a lot to see that the work we do with young people in Bristol is recognised in this way.
