We havenā€™t posted in a while and wanted to share our recent activities.
Last week We celebrated Chinese New Year, we tried new foods. We made lucky money wallets and had fun learning about the year of the horse.
We will be celebrating many more exciting things we do at preschool.

Here is Bruce starting his morning at pre school by finding his name on his apple!
We promote self registration at Little Explorers. This means our children learn:
To Develop Responsibility
(Ownership of their attendance and daily routine)
Boost Independence
(Encourage self resilience as they register themselves)
Name Recognition
(Helps children to recognise their own name and the names of their friends)
Support Emotional Development
(Chances to express themselves, check in with themselves and their emotions)
A Strengthened Community
(Creates a sense of belonging and connection as children participate in a shared morning routine)
Social Skills
(Creates an immediate interaction between child and teacher from the start of the day)
