Great to be recognised is SME news's awards this year for... "Most Empowering Academic / Health Research Writing Solution 2023 - UK".

I'm really proud of the say our team worked through Covid to create an entirely new set of Bitesize training courses, letting researchers people learn where they want, when they want.

On top of this, migrating our in-room training to Zoom opened up opportunities for people studying at UK universities, but living and working overseas.

One one brilliant occasion we had one participant sat on her veranda with the Caribbean Sea in the background, another in Rwanda in his hospital's canteen and one more sat in a mountainous area of Nepal.

Sharing insights from the range of countries and cultures adds to the learning experience and always expands our understanding of the various barriers to, and opportunities for, success.

We're wishing a happy festival to all of those celebrating.
